Get Into a Frap About This

If you don’t want to use dairy in this recipe that’s fine. You can use soy or almond milk and it will taste just as good. Neither do you have to go away and pay a large amount of money to make one of these provided you have the ingredients in your cupboard.

We like to use the Boost Green tea in this frap but you can just as easily use the Skinny Green tea. You get all the benefits of the green tea, the ginseng and cardamon and still can enjoy the indulgence of a Frap

As you can see I didn’t add the whipped cream but if you want to do that go ahead. I just steer clear of dairy on a personal level. Blending is key here but if you over-do it you’ll end up with a green tea milkshake which will do you the same amount of good.
