Berry Green Tea Smoothie: The Energy Booster

Berry Green Tea Smoothie

What You Need

  • 1 teaspoon of Boost green tea
  • 1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 handful Ice

Instruction: Blend the ingredients.

NOTE: If you’re trying to lose weight or not you can adjust the yogurt to be zero-fat, or low-fat. You can use frozen berries if you like in this recipe because berries have to be frozen soon after they are pick so they don’t spoil. That means the retain most of their antioxidant properties. If you use frozen berries leave out the ice.
