Positive thinking doesn’t come naturally to most people. I know for years it certainly didn’t come naturally to me which might be one of the reasons I suffered from Crohns Disease. That is an autoimmune disease or in the body, mind spirit world the body attacking the body. I think it’s safe to say that I was in a far more negative space in body, mind and spirit back then.

It’s difficult if you’re just starting out, but not impossible and with time and sufficient practice, you’ll find yourself thinking positively most, if not all, of the time.
